The Yamazato mini Kaiseki Set-Lunch includes Homemade Tofu with Red Beans and Wasabi, Clear Soup with Conger Pike and Vegetables, Two Kinds of Seasonal Sashimi, Grilled Salmon with Sesame, Simmered Pork with Aubergine and Taro, Sushi of Sea Eel Wrapped with Bamboo Leaf, and Seasonal Fruits.

The highlight of this menu is “Simmered Pork with Aubergine and Taro” the thin sliced pork meat is very tender and juicy. Kurobuta is the name of the famous black pig raised in Kagoshima prefecture. It is often referred to the King of Pork in Japan because of the taste and tenderness.
