Executive Chef Akira Hayashi continues to create distinctive and unique dishes on the Yamazato Minazuki Kaiseki set-dinner to reflect the season and enjoy the freshest ingredients that can be enjoyed by the diners.
The Yamazato Minazuki Kaiseki Set-Dinner includes Homemade Tofu with Red Beans and Wasabi, Clear Soup with Pike Conger and Water Shield, Three Kinds of Seasonal Sashimi, Grilled Sea Bass with Sesame, Chilled Egg Custard with Corn and Caviar, Simmered Pork with Aubergine and Taro, Deep Fried King Crab and White Shrimp, Sushi with Sea Eel Wrapped with Bamboo Leaf, Seasonal Fruits and Japanese Sweet with Maccha.
The highlight of this menu is “Simmered Pork with Aubergine and Taro” the thin sliced pork meat is very tender and juicy. Kurobuta is the name of the famous black pig raised in Kagoshima prefecture. It is often referred to the King of Pork in Japan because of the taste and tenderness.
