From now until October 11, Yamazato proudly present “Kishu Kaiseki “ dinner that comes with an amuse-bouche “Kyoto-style Hassun”, a plate of tidbits from mountain and sea. The “Kyto-style hassun” which sets the season’s theme and includes Sushi of Barracuda, Simmered Sweet Fish, Sweet Potato, Grilled Taro with Miso and Simmered Tomato. It's a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.
“Kishu Kaiseki” set-dinner includes Grilled Aubergine, Tofu Skin and Sea Urchin with Sesame, Clear Soup with Conger Pike and Matsutake Mushroom, Sashimi of Three Kinds Seasonal Fish, Grilled Croaker with Yuzu Pepper, Thin Sliced Octopus with Grated Cucumber Sauce, Kagoshima Beef and Wild Rice Stem with Radish Sauce, Sushi of Simmered Sea Eel, Seasonal Fruits and Warabi Mochi with Maccha.
