Located on the U/2 Floor of Grand Lisboa Hotel, Round-The-Clock – Noodle & Congee presents a sumptuous array of Cantonese Dim Sum selections, which is available from 10:30am to 4:30pm daily. Serving a cultural experience in bamboo steamer baskets, the Dim Sum menu consists of more than 40 authentic and creative Cantonese dim sum specialities.
Using traditional techniques and carefully selected ingredients, the authentic dim sum dishes are made to maximise the taste and freshness, such as Steamed Prawn Dumplings, Steamed Pork and Shrimp Dumplings with Tobiko, Steamed Chicken Pieces wrapped in Bean Curd Sheet, etc. The restaurant also features a semi-open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs live in action.
The restaurant is also home to the famous, handmade Shanxi noodles and classic Cantonese congee. The restaurant is especially renowned for preparing bowls of traditional Shanxi noodles that are miraculously made of just one single strand and stretch more than 70 feet long! Whilst you are dining, a professional Kung Fu Tea Master will expertly pour a cup of tea for you – from a very safe distance.
