Welcome the Year of the Rat at Sands Resorts Macao

Sands Resorts Macao will welcome the Year of the Rat with a festive 3D light and sound extravaganzaSeasons of Prosperity at The Venetian Macao for Chinese New Year, while The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower will feature a specially createdGrand Illumination Show.

The local community, visitors and guests are welcome to join the spectacular celebrations, which will also feature lavish traditional decorations including giant illuminated peach blossom trees, festive arches, corridors, pillars and lamp posts around The Venetian lagoon area.  The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower and Porte Cochère will be decorated with impressive lanterns, floral displays and tree lights. 

The Seasons of Prosperity light show, which projects 3D images depicting the Year of the Rat and Macao SAR 20th Anniversary themes onto the façade of The Venetian Macao, is part of the integrated resort’s annual celebration to welcome Chinese New Year in style.

The Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower – Grand Illumination Chinese New Year Show

Date:      Until Feb. 16, 2020

Show:     6:15 p.m. to midnight (every 15 minutes)

Venue:    Eiffel Tower, The Parisian Macao

In addition, due to popular demand, mentalist Tonny Jan from China will add an extra five performances of his Mind Hacker in Macao show during Chinese New Year from Jan. 27-31 at The Parisian Macao’s Parisian Theatre. The additional shows will feature exciting new games and routines never previously performed. Tickets starting from MOP/HKD 280 are on sale at all Cotai Ticketing box offices (www.cotaiticketing.com).
