With 18 live-cooking stations serving an extensive array of international delicacies, The Grand Buffet is ready to kick-start the holiday merriment. This holiday season, The Grand Buffet offers an ensemble of festive favourites for lunch and dinner including Honey Glazed Ham with Root Vegetables; Maple Glazed Butternut with Pecan; Shepherd’s Pie; Roasted Turkey with Cranberry and Gilbert Sauce; as well as La Perilla barbecue options such as Honey Glazed Pineapple with Cinnamon; Texas Pork Ribs; Smoked Beef Brisket and seafood market offerings which are available in the evening. Savour the familiar flavours with a twist this festive season at contemporary Portuguese restaurant, Mesa; manifesting the quality, authenticity, and farm-to-table philosophy of dining. Presenting authentic Portuguese Christmas and New Year’s Eve feasts, Mesa is surely the place to be for a heart-warming meal.
Festive dinner and lunch packages begin on December 24, with New Year packages on offer from December 31 until January 1. Culinary delights include Feijoada, Roupa Velha, and Carabineiro and can be paired with exquisite Portuguese wines. Satiate hearty appetites with these distinctive dishes that showcase the Portuguese tradition of gathering and sharing among family and friends during a time of festivities.
