Awarded with the coveted three Michelin stars and three diamonds in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, Jade Dragon will launch an exquisite Father’s Day menu for dads who are a fan of fine Cantonese cuisine crafted with the freshest seasonal ingredients from around the world. The six-course set menu features all-time favorites such as the prime-cut barbecue Iberico pork collar, double-boiled sea conch soup with sea cucumber, braised Wagyu beef cheek and Australian abalone, as well as fish maw and fresh assorted seafood in fish broth.

Voyages by Alain Ducasse at the iconic Morpheus hotel explores classic French flavors and showcases bistro favorites with a contemporary and generous approach. This Father’s Day, the Michelin-recommended restaurant will offer a succulent beef prime rib delicacy using sustainable beef from renowned supplier John Stone. The roasted meat will be served with three sauces (béarnaise, pepper and Bordelaise) and traditional garnishes (gratin dauphinois, haricot verts aux amandes and seasonal vegetables), in addition to a complimentary bottle of red wine for each table.
There is also a stylish cocktail bar next to the dining room so you can enjoy a few drinks with your super dads before or after the meal, creating fond memories in a uniquely vibrant and modern setting. The beef prime rib (1kg) is available on June 21 only and priced at MOP 1,488*.

World-renowned French pâtissier Pierre Hermé brings original and inspired creations to Macau within Morpheus’ Pierre Hermé Lounge. Named “the Picasso of Pastry” by Vogue US, Pierre Hermé revolutionized pastry-making with regard to taste and modernity. A special two-course set menu will allow your dads to choose from the succulent Pierre Hermé beef burger or the refreshing Niçoise salad, as well as the Morpheus Signature – 2000 feuilles or coupe glacée infiniment chocolat dessert.
In addition to the all-day set menu, the limited-edition Pierre Hermé signature petits fours featuring 24 pieces in six flavours (infiniment pistachio tart, infiniment lemon tart, Ispahan, Plaisir Sucré , Satine, infiniment vanilla tart) are available for take away, allowing you to enjoy the ultimate indulgence with your dads at home. The set menu and Pierre Hermé signature petits fours are available from June 19-21, and priced at MOP 268* per person and MOP 480 respectively.
