Our exquisite interpretation of this hearty soup is layered with the finest ingredients, including South African abalone, sea cucumber, dried scallops, fish saw, dried mushroom, cured ham and pork ribs. Available from January 24 to February 29 for guests through the private dining, and priced at MOP688+ per person.

Our exquisite seafood dining experience continues at The Manor with, ‘Stories of the Sea – The Fourth Chapter’. The latest evolution of our adored Stories of the Sea offering, the new menu spoils guests with eight delectable courses showcasing the finest ingredients sourced from seas around the world.
The Manor’s culinary artisans have crafted eight dishes, including Blue fin Tuna Loin served on a crispy potato bacon pillow with stracciatella cheese. Main courses include tiger prawns in cedar bark topped with Morocco argan oil, and the sustainably sourced Glacier 51 toothfish from the deep icy waters off the coast of Australia, served with fresh wasabi cream, yuzu curd and topped with Nameko mushrooms from Japan. A new Hokkaido sea urchin dish is served with blue swimmer crab and Petrossian trout roe, and a new dish featuring abalone and tiger prawn Koshihikari rice cooked in risotto style are sure to delight. To finish, a black sesame panna cotta with mandarin sherbert will complete the evening on a sweet note.
The eight-course menu is priced at MOP888+ per person, or MOP1,288+ per person with the cocktail and wine pairing, and is an ideal choice for an elevated Chinese New Year celebration with family or friends gathering.
