The Dragon Boat Festival is around the corner and this year, The Conservatory at Sheraton Grand Macao joins the celebration for the very first time by debuting three delectable homemade rice dumplings to commemorate the season.

 

The culinary team at The Conservatory is pulling out all stops for the Dragon Boat Festival with tempting rice dumplings that will delight any food lover. A must-try is the savory Premium Abalone Rice Dumpling.  This hefty dumpling is bound to be a family favorite with tasty seasoned glutinous rice filled with abalone, Chinese mushrooms, salted egg yolk and roast pork belly. Those who are more adventurous may want to try the Black and White rice dumpling with XO sauce, Conpoy, Morel mushroom and black truffles while the fragrant Bird’s Nest and Red Bean Paste dumpling will satisfy those craving for a sweet option. All three dumplings are available for dine-in at The Conservatory from now until June 3, 2022, selling price from MOP68++.
