The seafood platter on ice, which includes Boston lobsters, blue crabs, Malaysian king prawns and French oysters, are created with dramatic visual effects by dry ice. Other seafood sharing plates such as roasted fish, clams and baby calamari are impressive to view and divine on the taste buds. This pop-up concept is available until 31 December from Tuesday to Saturday.
