Father’s Day is just around the corner! Sands® Resorts Macao is rolling out an array of celebratory menus, with which guests can express their love to dad and create an unforgettable memory.
 
 
 
Sands Resorts Macao’s signature restaurants including Pin Yue Xuan, Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung, Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, La Chine, Lotus Palace, Brasserie, Churchill’s Table, The Huaiyang Garden, North Palace, Golden Court and Copa Steakhouse will offer eclectic gourmet dishes to spoil all fathers. In addition, Macao ID cardholders can enjoy a 25% off on dining at The Parisian Macao and Sands Macao as part of the ‘Fabulous Dining Offers’ promotion, which has been extended until June 30.
 
 
 
The Venetian® Macao
 
Executive Chef Darren Cheung at the new premium Cantonese restaurant, Pin Yue Xuan, creates an elaborate Father’s Day set menu to celebrate this special day. In an elegant Chinese courtyard-style space, guests can savour authentic Cantonese delicacies, including double-boiled fish maw soup with 20-year tangerine peel and herbs; steamed spotted grouper with olives in lotus leaf; and crispy chicken flavoured with black truffle. The set menu is available on June 19 at MOP 888* per person, minimum for two people.

Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung, serving the authentic flavours of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang and helmed by celebrity master chef Jereme Leung, will offer an exquisite Father’s Day set menu. Highlights include double-boiled Hokkaido sea cucumber with “Shi Hu” dendrobium; red braised Iberico pork with eels; and braised lobster with garlic and winter melon. The Parisian Macao
 
With two-diamond rating in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, premium Cantonese restaurant La Chine at Level 6 of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower offers a refreshing welcome drink for fathers on June 19. The restaurant also serves a limited-edition dessert prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Ben Lui, Hokkaido red bean sweetened soup with 15 years aged tangerine peel. The subtly sweet and chewy dessert will definitely win the hearts of all fathers.

Renowned Chinese restaurant Lotus Palace will offer a specially created Father’s Day set menu on the day. Priced at MOP 1,688* for four persons, the menu starts with marinated fresh babylon shell with wasabi dressing to wake up the palate, and includes delectable dishes such as steamed sliced grouper with egg and Cordia tree seeds; fried prawns with creamy pumpkin sauce; wok-fried Angus beef with reishi mushroom and garlic; and braised salted pork ribs with mustard green and matsutake mushroom.

Authentic French bistro Brasserie is offering Father’s Day lunch and dinner set menus on June 18 and 19. Featuring high-quality ingredients, the menus will indulge guests with an array of dishes, including escargots feuilletés in mushroom and parsley butter sauce; baked Fine de Claire oyster with lardons and bell pepper; grilled octopus on Greek style salad and sardine tapenade sauce; and roasted beef tournedos with Provençal crust. Decadent desserts include whisky mousse and milk chocolate cremeux, and selected cheeses from our Parisian affineur. The Father’s Day three-course lunch and four-course dinner set menus are priced at MOP 288* and MOP 548* per person respectively. Additional wine pairing for 3 glasses is offered at MOP 248*.

The Londoner® Macao
 
Churchill’s Table launches a Father’s Day set menu on June 19, treating the whole family to a memorable meal in a uniquely British ambience. The set menu, priced at MOP 1,888* for four persons, includes signature dishes of yellow fin tuna tartar, with mango, spicy avocado and green goddess herb dressing; beef consommé infused with ginger and lemon grass, braised beef tortellini and baby vegetable; seafood risotto; and US Prime Beef Wellington. The feast finishes with a themed dessert as rich and intense as a father’s love – ‘Gentleman Dad’, made with 70% dark chocolate mousse, whisky crème brûlée, salted caramel, mixed nut crunch, and cocoa sponge cake.

Helmed by ‘Godfather of Huaiyang Cuisine’ Zhou Xiaoyan, The Huaiyang Garden offers a dinner set menu on June 18 and 19 that transports the freshness and elegance of Huaiyang culinary treasures to your dinner table. Priced at MOP 1,288* per person, the menu includes classics such as shredded bean curd with crab meat and egg white in superior soup; steamed Lake Tai white fish with dried Osmanthus; braised pork, egg and abalone with homemade sauce; and sautéed sliced Australian lobster with bamboo shoots and black fungus in Chinese rice wine. Dessert is an innovative combination of taro sorbet and Dingsheng cake, a famous Suzhou-style pastry.

The family lunch set menu for a table of four is priced at MOP 1,388*, including shrimp dumplings; braised abalone with black mushroom and vegetables; and steamed whole sole with supreme soya sauce. A Father’s Day family set menu and a family premium set menu are also available at lunch and dinner, serving 6 to 12 persons and priced from MOP 2,888*. Highlights include roasted suckling pig; braised sea cucumber with abalone mushroom and greens; double-boiled sea conch and fish maw with ginseng and Chinese herbs; steamed spotted grouper with scallions and supreme soy sauce; and braised abalone with goose web and seasonal vegetables.

After the starter of Copa jumbo lump crab cake or pan seared foie gras and soup of Maine lobster bisque with cognac, main courses include a choice of American Prime New York strip or grilled BBQ pork rib.
