Sands® Resorts Macao and Sands® Macao will present a wide range of exquisite menus and dining promotions to celebrate the Year of the Ox at The Venetian® Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londoner® Macao and Sands Macao’s award-winning restaurants. From Feb. 11 to 21, six signature restaurants including North, La Chine, Lotus Palace, Dynasty 8, Golden Court and Brasserie will welcome an auspicious year with traditional dishes ushering in good fortune and happiness.

The Venetian Macao
North: Offering an authentic northern Chinese culinary experience, the chef of North will prepare a variety of Chinese New Year specialities for guests. Dishes include festive and warming favourites such as braised fish head with sea cucumber, fresh abalone, fish maw in superior broth and more.

The Parisian Macao
Lotus Palace: The renowned restaurant will offer exquisite Chinese New Year set menus for four to ten people starting from MOP 2,988* featuring luxury ingredients such as Australian abalone, suckling pig, sea cucumber, star grouper, Canadian lobster, red bird's nest and more.
 
The à la carte menu includes live star grouper, stir-fried king prawns and sliced south African baby abalone with preserved chili sauce, and braised beef short ribs and dried oysters topped with black moss in brown sauce. Poon choi, including braised Australian six-head abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, goose webs, dried scallops, tiger prawns and dried oysters is also available at MOP 1,888* and orders can be placed from Feb. 1, 2021 onwards with pick-up or dine-in from Feb. 9 – 21, 2021.

La Chine: The award-winning restaurant in The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower will launch set menus for four to ten people from MOP 3,888* this Chinese New Year. A starter of ‘Love of Eiffel Tower Chinese New Year refreshing fortune salad’ is followed by courses including barbecued whole suckling pig, double-boiled chicken soup with sea cucumber, fish maw and matsutake mushroom, braised Boston lobster with e-fu noodles, braised whole abalone and goose web and steamed tiger grouper.

Brasserie: The authentic French bistro will present a special three-course lunch menu at MOP 288* per person, with a choice of appetisers including Parisian ham and poached egg in consommé gelatine, seared duck foie gras, Canadian scallop and octopus, and daily soup. Main courses include Iberico pork collar, US hanging tender steak with black truffle butter, coq au vin, seared salmon steak with prawns and buckwheat crêpe, followed by a choice of classic French desserts, fruit salad or cheese. Brasserie is concurrently offering a four-course Périgord truffle dinner menu until Feb. 28, 2021 including a variety of top-quality seafood and meats incorporating exquisite black truffle, priced at MOP 648* per person.

The Londoner Macao
Dynasty 8: The elegant restaurant will offer an exceptional nine-course Chinese New Year set menu, incorporating a selection of prestigious ingredients including sea cucumber, abalone, red spotted grouper, for up to ten people from MOP 1,488*.  A classic poon choi is also available at MOP 1,988* and orders can be placed from Feb. 1, 2021 onwards with pick-up or dine-in from Feb. 11 – 21, 2021.

Sands Macao
Golden Court: The contemporary Cantonese restaurant will prepare special dishes for the festive occasion, featuring ingredients such as tossed salmon, sea cucumber, jellyfish and crab roe. Dishes include casserole of fish maw, sea mouse, dried oysters and pork tongue; Angus beef and eggplant; and crispy fried crab claw with prawn mousse.
