The Alluring Palette Afternoon Tea
The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is introducing a limited-time only tea set for the months of September and October – The Alluring Palette Afternoon Tea, features sweet and savory treats inspired by the colors of the spectrum. These delights are made from all-natural vegetables and seasonal fruits, with no artificial coloring added.
The savory selections include the mouthwatering Organic Yellow & Red Beetroot, Honey Mascarpone and Charcoal Toast, a sweet and sour treat made with selected organic Australian yellow and red beetroot. On the sweet side, you can enjoy the Cantaloupe Almond Panna Cotta, which boldly uses fresh Japanese cantaloupe and 48 hours to slow cook and puree in order to achieve a fine jelly texture. The Chef have added a layer of almond panna cotta in the middle to compliment the flavor and created a balanced texture.
The Alluring Palette Afternoon Tea can be enjoyed for MOP488** for two persons, which includes Palais des Thés premium tea, Illy coffee or Mocktails, or MOP688 for two persons, with two additional glasses of Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
Salsa Ladies’ Night
The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is proud to introduce Salsa Ladies’ Night every Thursday, from September 26 until the end of December. Indulge yourself in passionate Latin rhythms with a unique selection of food and beverages. Let the house band Abraham Kenner III and Sarah transport everyone to Havana while enjoying a diverse range of Latin snack, as well as free-flow of selected spirit and wine. The themed bar snack offerings include the Lobster Quesadilla, Pulled Beef Tacos, Cuban Media Noche, Cuban Ham Croquetas and Shredded Chicken Flautas, which comes with special dips or sauces for truly bold and authentic flavors. Exclusively for ladies only, the bar offers four unique and photogenic themed-cocktails. Choose from the Pink Piranha, a sweet and fruity drink which has the vibe of a frenzied beach and allows everyone to drive their emotions and body with the Latin rhythm, or the Aztec’s Kiss, a citrus cocktail full of passion, while the Bite Meis with a perfect combination of sharp ‘teeth-quila’ and extravagant red berry juice. Last but not that least, the tropical flavor of the Baby Light My Latin Fire will be topped up with a gorgeous flaming lime wheel that will transport everyone to the Caribbean with prolonged applause.
The Salsa Ladies’ Night welcomes all guests from 6pm to 9pm on every Thursdays for MOP298** per person. The packaged price includes one snack platter per person, as well as free-flow of spirits and wine for everyone, and additional cocktail selections for the ladies only. A-la-carte options are also available.
