Studio City’s signature Italian restaurant Rossi Trattoria has recently welcomed a new Chef de Cuisine, Alessio Di Tullio, who has then crafted a brand-new a-la-carte menu that reflects his two decades of global culinary experience today (Aug 29). Studio City organized a ceremony on Aug 28 to celebrate this introduction, which was attended by Mr. Kevin Benning, Senior Vice President and Property General Manager of Studio City; Mr. Calvin Soh, Vice President of Culinary of Melco Resorts & Entertainment; Mr. Alan Yeung, Executive Director of Food & Beverage of Studio City; Mr. Kenneth Law, Director of Culinary Operations of Studio City, and Mr. Alessio Di Tullio, Chef de Cuisine, Rossi Trattoria and Rossi Pizza.

Under the helm of Chef Tullio, Rossi Trattoria, which serves up the Italian country style cuisine in a hearty and rustic atmosphere, now offers an all-new a-la-carte menu which is characterized by all-time favourites such as Caprese Salad, Beef Carpaccio, Baked Lasagna, Linguine with Clams in White Wine Sauce, Roasted Chicken with Rosemary and Spices, Pistachio Crusted Welsh Lamb Racks, Tiramisu, Neapolitan Rum Baba and homemade gelato and sorbet, in addition to modern creations such as Marinated Anchovies with Parsley Green Sauce, Pan-fried Boston Lobster with Vegetable Couscous, Grilled Seafood Stew with Lemon and Parsley, as well as Stewed Veal Osso Buco with Gremolata.
