Jade Dragon, the one and only Three-Michelin-starred and Black Pearl Three-Diamond Cantonese restaurant in Macau, launches a romantic set menu on 13 and 14 February at MOP 2,280* (minimum for two persons). Starting in the menu with Marinated Sea Conch with Chinese Rice Wine and Spicy Sauce; Pan-fried Wild Yellow Croaker with Yellow Bean Sauce and Deep-fried Gillardeau Oyster with Egg Yolk; along with Double-boiled Cordyceps with Sea Conch. Main courses contain of Roasted Goose Roll Filled with Black Truffle; Shrimp and Pork Paste Prime-Cut Barbecue Iberico Pork Collar Crispy Suckling Pig with Caviar; and Slow-cooked Live Australian Abalone and Fresh Fish Maw Filled with Crab Meat. Alain Ducasse at Morpheus presents a Saint Valentine’s dinner menu with a wine pairing menu to the valuable guests ensuring a savory and distinctive tasting experience. Enjoy amuse-bouche; chilled langoustines with chickpeas and gold caviar; root vegetable and tuber melanosporum with raviolis and winter broth; line-caught Sea bass with shellfish and caviar; free-range Guinea fowl from ‘Dombes’; Comté, special reserve 2020; Strawberries from Fukuoka with citrus flavored French toast and coconut milk granite. L’ATTITUDE will be offering a Valentine’s Day Set Menu on 14 February for guests to celebrate the Valentine’s Day over a sumptuous meal. Priced at MOP 1,314* per person, with a glass of complimentary signature champagne, the 5-courses set menu includes Scottish razor clams with garlic and Sichuan pepper emulsion; Pan-seared duck foie gras with caramelized onions Apple; toasted brioche and Hokkaido sea scallops with shellfish sauce; gold caviar and beef Wellington with winter vegetables and black truffle or Roasted French chicken breast and Flamed chocolate fondant. A wine pairing is also available for an additional MOP 488* per person.

Louvre Pastry & Deli launches a Melco Master Chef Cooking Class – Valentine Sweet Date on 5 February. Melco Style WeChat members can exclusively enjoy the guidance of a Melco chef; who will share take-home recipes along with ingredient handling, cooking and food presentation techniques to send the sweetness to your other half. Participants will also enjoy the utmost romantic taste with a two-hour free flow of Prosecco sparkling wine. All the courses are made on the spot from starter to dessert including salmon tartare, seafood spaghetti, grilled New Zealand prime sirloin steak concluding with a sweet cranberry tiramisu for MOP 1,188 per person.
