This Valentine’s Day, a romantic rendezvous awaits you and your loved one at The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao and Sands Macao restaurants, with an array of specially curated menus for a truly intimate and memorable celebration. On Feb. 14, guests can celebrate the amorous occasion with eclectic global cuisine at six signature restaurants, including Churchill’s TableCopa SteakhouseBrasserie, La ChineHiro by Hiroshi Kagata and Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung.

 

The Londoner Macao

Churchill’s Table: The British-themed restaurant will launch a deliciously creative four-course menu for guests to celebrate the day of love in a joyful ambience. Amuse bouche ‘How Deep is Your Love’ features tomatoes ‘romancing’ with mozzarella, balsamic caviar and basil air, while appetiser ‘Aphrodisiac Experience’ and main course ‘The Night is Ours’ present different options for male and female guests, creating a symphony of tastes and textures. Dessert ‘Our Love Story’ combines strawberry and grapefruit compote, rosewater ganache, grapefruit, almond sponge and crumble, leaving just the right sweetness lingering on the tongue. The menu is priced at MOP 1,688* for two persons.

Sands Macao

Copa Steakhouse: This Valentine’s Day, Copa Steakhouse is offering the ‘Tender Hearts Romance 2022’ set menu for lovebirds to enjoy in an elegant and romantic atmosphere. Priced at MOP 1,888 for two persons, the five-course set menu includes tuna tartare, blue lobster consommé and pan-roasted squab pigeon. Guests can opt for charcoaled wild turbot or the perfect combination of Wagyu M7 beef tenderloin and Wagyu beef cheek for the main course, rounding off the delicious affair with a twist of raspberry, rose and lychee. Coffee and petit fours are also included.

The Parisian Macao

Brasserie: The authentic bistro is offering a dinner menu for loving couples to enjoy the best of French gastronomy. Priced at MOP 1,314* for two persons, the menu includes an amuse bouche of Marennes oyster and salmon tartare with Oscietra caviar, and appetiser choices of duck foie gras and black truffle terrine, Champagne jelly and prune confit in Armagnac, and seared Hokkaido scallop on pumpkin chutney with citrus and orange beurre blanc.

Four main course options include braised beef cheek, steamed cod ballotine and tiger prawn quenelle, seared slow-cooked beef sirloin, and Boston lobster poached in vanilla beurre blanc. Finally, vanilla mousse, strawberry compote and raspberry sorbet will complete a perfect night. Guests can also pair the delectable dishes with three recommended wines for a divine sensory experience, priced at MOP 248* per person.

La Chine: Located at Level 6 of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower, the premium Cantonese restaurant’s Valentine’s Day menu begins with a deluxe ‘The Eiffel Seafood Platter on Ice’, featuring Boston lobster, Alaskan crab legs, Japanese sea urchin, French Gillardeau oysters, Botan prawn sashimi and Oscietra caviar. Guests can choose pan-fried Miyazaki A5 Wagyu beef and foie gras with black pepper sauce, or braised sea cucumber and abalone with shrimp roe as the main course, wrapping up with refreshing tea mousse with apricot compote and Jasmine tea cremeux. The set menu is priced at MOP 1,314 per person.

The Venetian Macao

Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata: This Valentine’s Day, Executive Chef Hiroshi Kagata will present omakase, a celebrated style of upscale Japanese cookery, with the finest ingredients and techniques providing an inventive and exciting gastronomic journey. The omakase menu is priced at MOP 1,688 per person, and features a range of signature tempura, teppanyaki, sashimi, and a decadent Valentine’s Day dessert.

Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung: Curated by celebrity master chef Jereme Leung and highlighting the very best of Jiangnan cuisine, the restaurant will offer an exquisite Valentine’s Day menu, priced at MOP 1,314* per person. Signature dishes include classic ‘Shanghai’ smoked fish with Kaluga caviar, drunken crab in Shaoxing huadiao wine, braised ‘East Ocean’ yellow croaker fish with preserved vegetables, and legendary ‘Su Dong Po’ braised veal cheek with crab meat spring rolls. The indulgent meal ends on a sweet note with two delightful desserts: double-boiled bird’s nest with almond and fresh milk, and black sesame mousse cigar.
