Savor yourself with the refreshing Vietnamese delights in JW Marriott Hotel Macau this summer, where the guest chef, Chef Trinh Cuong, from JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, is introducing a scrumptious dining experience that synchronizes the freshest ingredients with the authentic culinary technique to captivate your taste buds. The limited-time Vietnamese guest chef pop-up showcases more than 30 cuisine essences, with special menus only available at Urban Kitchen and The Lounge between August 6 and 31, 2019.
The sumptuous buffet line of Urban Kitchen will be topped up with Vietnamese delights. Guests can enjoy cold dishes such as a tantalizing “Phở Cuốn”, featuring the silky rice noodles with fried beef and aromatic Vietnamese herbs; a delectable Green mango with grilled shrimp on lemongrass and Lotus stem with poached shrimp and pork. Hot dishes include a luscious Clay pot fish with galangal, lemongrass and fish sauce; “Bánh Xèo” crepes with filling and condiments, and crispy Hanoi fried spring rolls with pork or crab meat. Do not miss the authentic Vietnamese coffee and sodas, which perfectly complements the feast. Finish your meal with a selection of sweet Vietnamese desserts, such as Green young sticky rice cake or Black bean sweet soup.
Guests at The Lounge can enjoy the special a-la-carte dishes, with cold dishes including a refreshing Spring roll with poached shrimp and fruity Pomelo salad with crab meat. Hot dishes include the culinary classic “Phở Bo” Traditional beef pho and a mouthwatering “Chả Tôm” Grilled shrimp mousse on sugar cane. Last comes the tempting dessert options, including Lotus seed and longan sweeten or a tasty Mung bean cake for a full experience.
The Dinner Buffet with Vietnamese Delights at Urban Kitchen can be enjoyed at MOP528* for adults and MOP259* for children from Monday to Friday, and MOP598* for adults and MOP289* for children on Saturday and Sunday. The “Pop-up Hanoi – A Taste of Traditional” at The Lounge is on offer in a-la-carte style from MOP78**.
