The Parisian Macao Launches Mesmerising ‘Tulip Garden’ Installations

With spring in full bloom, The Parisian Macao is transforming into a romantic Tulip Garden, allowing guests to enjoy giant Instagrammable tulip installations attractions and revel in the beauty and vibrancy of the blooming season.

Amazing Instagrammable Tulip Installations

The moment guests step into The Parisian Macao’s Rotunda, they are immediately transported to a breathtaking Tulip Garden. Featuring about 50 magnificent five-metre-tall tulip artworks around the Fontaine des Mers, each uniquely hand-painted by renowned Chinese artist Xuan Qing, the Tulip Garden brings romance and the charm of springtime to The Parisian Macao’s magnificent French architecture. The Tulip Garden is poised to become visitors’ favourite new attraction, with every angle offering a unique, Instagram-worthy picture that captures memorable spring moments.

To echo the Tulip Garden at the Rotunda, a spectacular matrix of golden tulips is being showcased at Level 3 of Shoppes at Parisian. Guests can see a Floating Magic Tulip Garden along the 20-metre Avenue des Champs-Élysées, creating a truly fantastic visual impact. The installation will be illuminated with spotlights from dusk, and Shoppes at Parisian will be filled with shining images of tulips, making guests feel as if they are entering a floral dreamland.

These two tulip artworks have both been created by artist Xuan Qing. A graduate of the China Academy of Art and London’s Chelsea College of Art and Design, she was a cooperative artist for LVMH Group and has had crossover collaborations with international brands including LOEWE, Jeep, Chrysler and ELLE, among others.

At Level 3 of Shoppes at Parisian, guests can enjoy a fascinating Floral Projection Show at Place Vendôme. On the beautiful ceiling, the projection showcases tulips transforming through hues to a mesmerising gold to create a romantic and ethereal spectacle. The one-minute projection was created by Zhou Lin Wei, an emerging projection designer from JYULAM New Media Studio. Zhou graduated from the Department of Open Media at the China Academy of Art, and has since cooperated with many well-known Chinese brands in creative design projects, including Intime Department Store’s “Louvre” VR art gallery in Ningbo.

The launch of The Parisian Macao’s tulip installations is a testament to Sands China Ltd.’s ongoing support for the ‘tourism+’ cross-sector integration proposed by the Macao Government Tourism Office. Ingeniously incorporating elements of tourism, culture and art, these works showcase the appeal of Macao’s cultural tourism to further enrich visitors’ experience in the city.
