For the fourth consecutive year, SJM and MICHELIN Guide join forces to present one of Macau’s most coveted dining experiences: the highly acclaimed “MICHELIN Star Table” series. SJM is delighted to unveil the latest iteration at Don Alfonso 1890 within Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau on 18 and 19 October, featuring a gastronomic ode to Italian mastery that will set the town abuzz.
Wrapped in the Versace’s signature Baroque patterns and sumptuous gold and red tones of Don Alfonso 1890, this “MICHELIN Star Table” promises an atmosphere as exquisite as the Italian dining experience, unfolding over an extravagant five-course lunch and an elaborate six-course dinner. Lunch is priced at MOP1,288+ per person, with an optional wine pairing for MOP588+ per person. Dinner is priced at MOP2,288+ per person, while an optional wine pairing is available for an additional MOP988+ per person.
This “MICHELIN Star Table” will showcase an ensemble of three Italian culinary maestros, uniting their profound reverence for Italian culinary traditions and reinterpreting them with modern twists that promises the gourmets an exploration of the Mediterranean’s finest ingredients. Chef Andrea Migliaccio, Executive Culinary Chef of Jumeirah Capri Palace, including the two MICHELIN Starred L’Olivo, is renowned for his mastery of Mediterranean
cuisine and his dishes of vibrant colours and bold flavours. Meanwhile, Chef Ernesto Iaccarino, from the renowned Italian culinary Don Alfonso 1890 family, bring his expertise to the table. Their restaurant in Lavello boasts one MICHELIN Star and their farm-to-table philosophy ensures the freshest ingredients from their organic farm, Le Peracciole. At the helm of Don Alfonso 1890 in Grand Lisboa Palace, Head Chef Federico Pucci has journeyed across Italy, mastering the art of creating diverse dishes from every corner of the country during his tenure in various MICHELIN Starred restaurants. He now aims to bring the essence of Italian long-standing food culture to Macau through this event.
