Auspicious dishes include Braised Yellow Croaker with Bean Curd Stick and Bamboo Shoots; Baked American Lobster with E-fu Noodles and Crab Roe Sauce; Braised Abalone, Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber, Mushroom and Goose Web; “Lo Hei” Prosperity Tossed Salad with Geoduck Clam, Shredded Vegetables and Yuzu Sauce.

Michelin one-star Cantonese restaurant Ying has prepared an array of Chinese New Year delicacies including lucky dim sum and “Poon Choi” set for guests to enjoy with families and friends.
From January 28 until 31, two 8-course Reunion Set Menus starting at MOP 2,398* for four persons will be on offer, which features Double-boiled Fish Maw with Chicken; Steamed Green Lobster with Vermicelli and Garlic; Stir-fried Scallops with Yellow Chili Sauce; and Braised Japanese Sea Cucumber with Pomelo Skin, etc.
In addition, a 12-course Spring Dinner Set is available from February 1 until 15 which puts together traditional Lunar New Year dishes such as Roasted Suckling Pig; Braised Lobster and Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onion in Clay-Pot; and Braised Conpoy with Dried Oysters and Black Moss. The special menu is priced at MOP 6,288* for six persons and MOP 11,888* for 12 persons.
