California Wines
Labels being served include resounding names like Joseph Phelps, Duckhorn Vineyards, Shafer, Grgich Hills, Freemark Abbey, Black Stallion, Far Niente, and Robert Mondavi. At the “Collector Wine” Table you may also savor two of the best Cabernet Sauvignons in the world: “Cask 23” of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and “Martha’s Vineyard” of Heitz Cellars.
California Menu
The menu of 12 dishes was created for the event by American chef Conor Beach, Chef de Cuisine of Grill 58, MGM COTAI and his team. Also originated from California, Chef Beach created these exquisite dishes that pay homage to the state’s diverse gastronomy offering.Each of the dishes also makes a good pair with one or two wines selected for a perfect pairing experience.
Entertainment
Tomos Griffiths a Jazz Trio will be performing numbers from the legends such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jnr and Bobby Darin to get everyone’s toes tapping.
To end the night, DJ DBLDS will play dancing classics from 80s, 90s and 2,000.

Tickets
Tickets cost MOP600 per person, including wine tokens, all-you-can-eat food and after-party access. All wines can be tasted and purchased by the glass.
BNU card holders discount
BNU card holders get 3 extra wine tokens and benefit a 10% or 20% discount in the purchase of 500MOP or 1,000MOP of wine tokens.
