The Venetian Macao

Portofino: The Venetian Macao’s authentic Italian restaurant is the perfect destination for romance and dining. Enjoy a set dinner with starters including halibut ceviche, black truffle and endive soup, seafood risotto, and mains of pan-fried monkfish with Atlantic horse mussels and avocado ravioli. Jasmine panna cotta and sable breton make for a sweet finish. The set dinner is priced at MOP 688* per person.

The Parisian Macao

Brasserie: If you are looking for the ideal venue for a divine dinner date, this charming French bistro ticks all the boxes. A superb menu features appetisers including a seafood platter for two, followed by a choice of duck foie gras and eel terrine, pork and truffle pate or fig carpaccio, pumpkin soup with Parmesan and truffle foam or duck consommé for soup, with mains of dover sole, roasted beef tournedos or beetroot risotto, with anneau d’amour to finish. The dinner set menu is priced at MOP 1,388* for two. Add MOP 240* per person for wine pairing.

La Chine: Located on the 6th floor of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower, this is the perfect backdrop for an exceptional Valentine’s Day set dinner menu. Start your romantic night with La Chine’s spectacular Eiffel seafood platter for two, including crab, sea urchin, oysters, prawn sashimi, caviar and French blue lobster; and sea cucumber and double-boiled fish maw consommé. Main courses are pan-fried Kagoshima A5 Wagyu, smoke-baked honey-glazed cod with lavender or poached tomatoes with quinoa. A special dessert of lime mousse with umeshu jelly rounds things off. The set menu is priced at MOP 2,888* per couple.

Le Buffet: Le Buffet’s Valentine’s Day dinner buffet offers a sublime international selection with some special romantic items, including heart-shaped goat cheese. Also new is chicken mulligatawny with coconut milk, while signature dishes include foie gras and Boston lobster thermidor, cheese raclette, truffle risotto in parmesan wheel and beef rib eye. The dinner buffet menu is priced at MOP 498* per adult, MOP 249per child (ages 3-11).

Sands Cotai Central

Chiado: Fans of both authentic Portuguese cuisine and romantic dates will adore Chiado’s Valentine’s Day set dinner menu. Things kick off with crab served with chilled jelly and seaweed, followed by foie gras with ginga liqueur, pear, pistachio and watercress and cream of cauliflower with oysters and salicornia. Main courses are John Dory fish with grilled sweet potato, suckling pig confit, and calamansi sorbet and ‘chocolate kiss’ for dessert. Chiado’s Valentine’s Day set dinner menu is priced at MOP 688* per person.

Copa Steakhouse: Copa Steakhouse is offering a ‘Tender Hearts Romance 2020’ special Valentine’s Day set dinner, including a welcome drink of Italian sparkling wine, followed by an amuse bouche of fresh South African abalone with piri piri sauce, and appetiser of salmon tartare and roasted red peppers with liver pâté. Second course consists of grilled Iberico pork, followed by mains of slow-cooked tenderloin of beef and king tiger prawn tails or Chermoula grilled kingfish and octopus. Dessert is raspberry and lemon yuzu tart with lavender ice cream. Tender Hearts Romance 2020 special Valentine’s Day set menu is priced at MOP 1,588* per couple.

888 Buffet: The popular buffet is offering an extensive spread this Valentine’s Day, with pan-fried foie gras, roasted US beef rib eye, sous vide Iberico pork skirt, roasted veal leg, wok-fried baby pork ribs with strawberry sauce and baked oysters with cheese and roasted halibut. Divine desserts include passion chocolate roulade and Baileys chocolate lava cake. Valentine’s Day dinner buffet menu is priced at MOP 378* per adult, MOP 178* per child (ages 3-11).
