Having been awarded two Michelin stars within six months of opening, legendary chef Alain Ducasse’s Macau fine-dining flagship Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, City of Dreams, is celebrating its first anniversary, and has launched an exquisite menu “Le Premier” featuring off-menu creations to commemorate its first year of success.
Alain Ducasse at Morpheus – which is helmed by Chef Pierre Marty, who has been with Ducasse’s team since 2008 – pays homage to the great traditions and savoir-faire of French gastronomy. Mr. Ducasse brings his signature French cooking served in an inimitable contemporary style to diners who want to enjoy the unparalleled dining experience and ultra-luxurious settings and service he is known for delivering at his trio of three-Michelin-starred restaurants: Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco, Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris, and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London.
The exceptional culinary philosophy is perfectly illustrated by the “Le Premier” menu, which Mr. Ducasse made a special visit to Macau to launch with an invite-only celebration lunch at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus on June 18.
The menu begins with one of Alain Ducasse’s most celebrated signature dishes, Mediterranean gamberoni, delicate gelée and gold caviar, which is only available at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus and three-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV in Monaco.
Exclusively created to commemorate the first anniversary, the seven-course “Le Premier” menu is available at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus now until July 31, priced MOP 2,888 with 10% service charge per person.
