The newly opened Jai Alai Buffet is located on the second floor of the Jai Alai, with the most convenient location and featuring high-quality international cuisines.

The Jai Alai Buffet features a semi-open kitchen. Guests can watch the chefs live in action as they prepare dishes a la minute to keep the buffet spread fresh and appetising.

The Jai Alai Buffet offers a wide variety of international delicacies including Seafood on Ice; a Japanese counter with an array of Live Sliced Sashimi, Sushi, Tempura, Teppanyaki and Yakitori; a beautiful Salad Counter where guests can create their own salad flavours; Carving Station; Chinese Barbecue Station; Chinese Dim Sum Station; A La Minute Handmade Noodles in Soup; Western Cuisine and Dessert Spread.

The special recommendations include Roasted Sirloin of Beef from Brazil, Handmade Sliced Roast Duckling Station, A La Minute Dim Sum, Noodles Made with Purple Sweet Potatoes, Baked Prawn in Salt and Herbs, Seafood Pot with Suckling Pig, Vegetables and Glass Noodles.

The Jai Alai Buffet selects high-quality ingredients from around the world and serves a variety of seasonal specialties.

The dinner buffet is from 6:30pm to 10pm daily and can accommodate over 180 guests, priced at MOP 298* per adult and MOP 188* per child (12 years old and below) including free-flow non-alcoholic beverage.

The new Jai Alai Buffet allows guests to enjoy fresh delicacies and a new iconic place for gatherings with family and friends.

The Jai Alai Hotel started operations on 15 November 2017. Situated in a prime location in the Outer Harbour district with direct connection to the Macau Ferry Terminal, the hotel is only within a few minutes’ walk of the pier.
