Chef Benjamin wants to pay tribute to the origin of the Langlois’ family, while honoring Isabelle’s presences in Paris and her Macaron collection. As a result, he chooses yellow wine as the macaron ingredient.Yellow wine, known asVin Jaunein french, is atype of wine originated from eastern France, Jura region, where Isabelle's family began their gemology heritage since the 18thcentury.On the other hand, the macaron was the creation of the Parisian confectioners dated back in the 17thcentury. Hence, the innovative combination is both perfectly meaningful and palate-pleasing.

Grown up in a Jurassien family of gemstone cutters and dealers, Isabelle was introduced to coloured gemstones since her earliest days.As a young schoolgirl, she hasseen wide assortment of shades, sizes and shapes of gemstonesfrom all over the world. She is particularly talented in choosing from over 70,000 gemstones and incorporatingthem in her jewellery collections.
Isabelle perfected her skills by spending a few years in a high-end jewellery workshop, where she worked for the prestigious Maisons established in
Place Vendôme. She decided to found her own jewellery Maison in 1992, currently her collections can be found in over 25 countries around the world.
