Taking inspiration from America’s West Coast lifestyle and featuring the contemporary cuisine of award-winning Chef Graham Elliot, Coast at MGM COTAI introduces American’s truly beloved Taco Tuesday to town, and a menu makeover that brings back some of the past favorites along with a lineup of exciting new delicacies.

From now till the end of March, Taco Tuesday at Coast is going to spice up any dull Tuesday! The exotic flavors ofMexican style tacos, cocktails and snacks would certainly make everyone’s Tuesday their new favorite day of the week.
The selection of tacos served at Coast’s Taco Tuesday are all authentic Mexican tacos, which taste just like the ones found on the streets of Mexico City. Not to be missed is the classic Hard Shell Taco, a slice of grilled to golden crispy corn tortilla wrapping in seasoned ground Wagyu beef, tomato salsa, sour cream and all other essential goodness into one heavenly piece of taco, which is utterly the definition of delicioso. For those who fancy heartier options, the Grilled Shrimp Taco, simply constructed with a handful of lime marinated shrimps, mango salsa and coriander and a soft tortilla, is also a great recipe to savor. To sample all the amazing flavors, the Taco Platter that includes 20 pieces of five different kinds of tacos, would be the perfect option for sharing. Complete the meal with a glass or two of Michelada, a bracingly flavorful classic Mexican cocktail, as well as nachos and salads.
New Exciting Delicacies Await
Coast’s is introducing an array of unique new dishes that are true to American culture, starting from January 28. Leading the new lineup is the Graham’s style Fried Chicken Waffle: golden crispy and tender fried chicken thigh and a bed of fluffy buttermilk waffles coated in maple syrup and whipped cream, a staple on any American brunch table and the ultimate comfort food. Graham Elliot’s recipe pays special attention to balancing the sweetness by adding fried sage and hazelnut gremolata, keeping the spotlight on the savory aspect of the dish.
Meanwhile, the restaurant’s new menu is also making room for the return of some well-loved dishes, such as theCoast’s Double Double, a sumptuous burger that sandwiches two juicy Wagyu patties, and the Chicken Wings, Coast’s very own interpretation of the classic Buffalo wings.
What is more, Coast will be launching a “Homemade Series” in March, featuring different kinds of BBQ sauces, cookies and beverage mix supervised by Graham Elliot, allowing guests to recreate Graham’s signature flavors at home!
