Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (“Grand Lisboa Palace”) is proud to partner with Macau’s first local gin distillery – Owl Man – in an effort to further build on Macau’s role as a “Creative City of Gastronomy.”
The partnership sees the arrival of Owl Man, the premium dry gin that is 100% handcrafted, produced, distilled, and bottled at its Macau distillery, as the new house gin at Grand Lisboa Palace’s contemporary Portuguese restaurant Mesa. The restaurant is also launching new Owl Man gin-based cocktails, including the “Macanese Flip” – designed to be the perfect toast to Macau’s road to recovery after the pandemic.
The collaboration also extends to other restaurants across the integrated resort, giving all visitors to Grand Lisboa Palace the opportunity to explore the flavours of Owl Man gin.
Grand Lisboa Palace and Owl Man both believe in the same philosophy of showcasing Macau’s unique East-meets-West heritage. Just as Grand Lisboa Palace celebrates the best of East and West through the gastronomic journeys on offer at the integrated resort, Owl Man blends Asian and European botanicals as a tribute to the rich heritage of Macau. From its exotic spices and herbs to its classic botanicals, this locally produced gin is a true representation of Macau’s cultural diversity.
