Grand Lapa, Macau and Grand Coloane Resort announce today that the hotels’ doors will re-open on April 19 and April 18 respectively. Managed by Artyzen Hospitality Group, both hotels believe that it is important to support Macau and its community wholeheartedly during this disrupting period, by contribution of resources, talents and its hospitality expertise. After having made both properties available as temporary retreat during the past 14 days, the two hotels continue to give back to the community with its ‘Love Macau Like us’ program for Macau locals and blue card holders.
Since March this year, Grand Lapa, Macau with 435 rooms and Grand Coloane Resort with 208 rooms have been among the hotels to be designated for Macau’s arrivals to be placed under medical observation for 14 days. During this period of stay, the hotels surprised guests with their daily inspirational letters, trivial quizzes, handwritten notes and little gifts such as ice-cream and egg tarts, ‘Pasteis De Nata’ in Portuguese to brighten their guests every day.
“We are committed to be part of the taskforce to flatten the curve of Covid-19. The past two weeks have been a testament to our objective to provide a most comfortable stay and warm care to all guests spiritually, and possibly, in a personalized manner. It was challenging, yet at the same time, very rewarding and meaningful. Combined, we have received over two hundred of ‘Thank you’ letters and drawings from our guests” said Mr. Rutger Verschuren, Area Vice President – Macau Operations, Artyzen Hospitality Group and General Manager – Grand Lapa Macau.

To spread the positive vibes, Grand Lapa and Grand Coloane Resort join forces to double the love for the city with the launch of its ‘Love Macau Like us’ program for the community. From April 19 to 20, guests can enjoy 50% discount on all menus of the hotels’ signature restaurants Café Bela Vista and Kwun Hoi Heen. Starting from April 21 to 30, with only MOP1 guests can purchase a Petit Cake of the day at Café Bela Vista in Grand Lapa, Macau or a dim sum basket at Kwun Hoi Heen at Grand Coloane Resort. There will also be a 33% discount when guest dine in at the two signature outlets.
