Prosperous Traditions at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant

Man Ho Chinese Restaurant will bring in joy and good luck to guests with three special Chinese New Year Set Menus, and a range of auspicious a-la-carte dishes, all available from January 29 to February 7.

The set menus start at MOP $3,688* for six persons, and MOP $9,888* for 12 persons, featuring traditional festive dishes that are opulent to authentic Chinese New Year gathering. Choose from three luxurious variations of the “Lou Hei” salad, New Zealand King Abalone, Norwegian Salmon and Boston Lobster, to kick off the festivities as the family tosses up a good fortune and mixes the ingredients. Other must-tries include Baked Crab Claw and Squid Roe in Superior Soup, a showcase of the culinary team’s skills where crab claws are skillfully stuffed with squid roe before baking and serving in a rich superior soup, and the Crispy Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk with a lightly fried golden exterior bring festive cheer to the table.

Guests will be delighted in an elevated and exquisite Man Ho Abundance Treasure Pot Takeaway, a heartwarming pot full of nutritious ingredients including fresh abalone, lobster, dried sea cucumber and more, priced at MOP 1,688* serve six persons with 48 hours advance reservation.

The a-la-carte menu has also been given a festive facelift, with signature Chinese New Year favorites such as Baked Crab Claw in Superior SoupSteamed Eastern Spotted Garoupa and Abalone with Mushroom encouraging bountiful fortune for Man Ho’s guests.

Urban Kitchen will introduce an exuberant range of Chinese New Year offerings, available between January 31 and February 3 (close on February 2). Celebrate togetherness with a Fortune Dish, or “poon choy”, which serves four and requires preorder and full payment of MOP $1688* one week in advance. Keep the feast going with an additional MOP $88* per person to upgrade to Urban Kitchen’s full dinner buffet experience, which includes free flow juice, beers and house wines, and a specialty Chinese Mandarin Orange Mocktail that symbolizes good luck.

Guests and their loved ones who simply prefer a generous spread of delicacies from around the world will appreciate the Urban Kitchen Chinese New Year Buffet, featuring invigorating dishes such as Tossed Raw Fish SaladWealthy Pork Feet with Black Moss and the All-in-One Clay Pot, as well as Golden Prawn with Salted Eggs and Roasted Crispy Fried Chicken.
