In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, ONE CENTRAL Macau is thrilled to announce the 7th Macau Lantern Festival, proudly supported by the Macao Government Tourism Office and Municipal Affairs Bureau, running from today until 31 October.
Embracing the festive spirit, ONE CENTRAL Macau has teamed up with internationally renowned Brooklyn artist and designer Jason Naylor to present the ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ Immersive Art Exhibition. This marks the first time an exhibition has brought together a traditional Chinese festival with graffiti art and artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Macau. The exhibition features four large-scale interactive art installations, standing both indoors and along the Waterfront Promenade at ONE CENTRAL Macau. Jason Naylor’s enchanting world of light and colour is brought to life with AI, exclusively crafted for the moon festival, offering visitors a dazzling multisensory experience. To extend the celebration, from 27 September to 13 October, ONE CENTRAL Macau will offer a series of festive shopping rewards, including a limited-time rebate of up to 6.8%, making this festival truly memorable.
In collaboration with award-winning Brooklyn artist and designer Jason Naylor, ONE CENTRAL Macau is delighted to present four extraordinary interactive installations that put art and AI together with the traditions of a Chinese festival. Naylor’s mission to spread love and positivity perfectly aligns with the spirit of the festivals, filling the mall and promenade with vibrant colours and uplifting energy. His electric palette and inspiring messages bring an exceptional fusion of light, colour, and blessings, symbolised by the full moon – a traditional representation of good fortune.
