This season, The Ritz-Carlton Café is introducing four sumptuous festive menus. The Festive Brunch, available from November 27, 2022, to January 1, 2023, offers a variety of global flavors and holiday classics. Raise a glass, or three, to celebrate the past year with our free flow packages that range from soft drinks and juices, to Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot and the ultra-luxurious Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Champagne. The brunch is priced at MOP $788 – $2,988* per adult depending on the free flow package and MOP $298* per child aged 6-11.
On December 24 and 25, the Christmas Eve Prix Fixe and Christmas Day Prix Fixe will bring on the holiday spirit full steam with a spectacular array of gourmet hits and Christmas staples. The five-course meal begin with a foie gras starter and Sous Vide Venison served with pumpkin purée, baby beetroot, Brussel leaves and Chambord reduction, followed by the nourishing Spiced Parsnip and Winter Pear Soup and the Langoustine Agnolotti with white truffle. For main, choose from the New Zealand Ocean Beef Tenderloin, the Broiled Wild Halibut, or the Slow Baked Sea Bass, before getting your ultimate Christmas fix in the form of the Traditional Chocolate Yule Log served with spice rum raisin ice cream. The twin menus are priced from MOP $1,388* per person, including one glass of selected Champagne or festive drink. Guests can also enjoy a 15% discount with full payment on or before December 19, 2022.
Guests who cannot join us in person may order our Festive Turkey Takeaway Set for at-home celebrations with family and friends. Headlined by a whopping eight-kilo Slow Roasted Whole Turkey, the set also comes with all the classic sides including Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Country Stuffing with sour dough bread, celery, onions, walnuts and golden raisins, as well as Cranberry Sauce, and a classic Pecan Pie with Cinnamon Chantilly to top it all off. Available from November 14, 2022 to January 2, 2023, the takeaway set is designed for six to eight people and priced at MOP $1,788*. Expect the unexpected as the culinary team showcases their world-class craftsmanship and ingenuity through an East-meets-West gastronomic journey that puts an inspired Asian twist to the familiar Christmas staples.
