Four Seasons Hotel Macao has invited Chef Wang Yong, Executive
Chinese Chef who helms the award-winning Jin Sha restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at
West Lake, to wow prestigious guests at the “Golden Feast,” a signature dining series in partnership
with Sands Resorts Macao.
The celebrated feasts, which spans four consecutive nights, marks the first time for Chef Wang to
be showcasing his talents to the epicureans of Macau SAR, one of four designated UNESCO
Creative Cities of Gastronomy within China. Chef Wang has specially crafted a menu which flaunts
eight of his most sought-after creations at Jin Sha, including his best-known plate, the Braised Pork
and Abalone in Sweet Soy Sauce – a delicacy of Shanghai cuisine, perfected with a hint of his
innovation.
On the collaboration, Mr. Kris Kaminsky, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Macao, said,
“While we have been treating guests to superb Cantonese dining experiences at our Michelin-
starred restaurant Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, this is a valuable opportunity for us to
further introduce the gastronomic capacity of the Four Seasons brand to Macau, through the
exquisite creations by Chef Wang Yong of Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake. I am
thrilled as well to see how well our initiative matches the standard of finesse that Sands Resorts
Macao holds for its wine and dine experiences for guests.”
Remaining true to its reputation as the integrated resort which is best in providing leisure
entertainment and unique dining experiences, Sands Resorts Macao has prepared an array of
entertainment at the dinner for guests, which spiked interactions and fun for all.
