Mo Constantine, Co-founder and Director 
 
Mo Constantine co-founded Lush in 1995 with five co-founders and has been involved in creating and manufacturing innovative beauty products for the past 25 years. Mo
specialises in inventing solid, unpreserved and unpackaged products and was granted her first patent in 1988 to invent the resoundingly popular solid shampoo bar. In 1989, Mo has created some of the most memorable and creative products, the most famous being the world’s first bath bomb.
 
 
Yayoi Kobayashi, Chief Commercial Officer (Japan)
 
With Lush in nearly 50 countries, Japan stands out as a place where Lush has retail, manufacturing and support teams, much like Australia, Germany and Canada. Yayoi has a big responsibility and one she’s embraced with Lush for the past 8 years. Japan has been host to some of Lush’s exciting concept stores, boasting the first-ever bath bomb shop and helping to elevate our Lush Lens, digital packaging technology, to a whole new level! Always armed with her favourite Lush products – Dream Cream Body Lotion. Yayoi’s advice to fellow Lush staff is simple: “Always sapvaec ey toou lro obkr eaafttehrin ygo urself. Take a Bath.”

 

Helen Ambrosen, Co-founder and inventor

Helen Ambrosen is the lady behind many of Lushcustomers’ favourite products. Helen was working with the other Lush co-founders before Lush was even conceived,building the business from the ground up and looking for new ways to do things within the beauty industry. Helen has worked hard to invent effective skincare products without preservatives. Helen has developed selfpreserving versions of Mask of Magnaminty Face and Body Mask, Dream Cream Body Lotion and Ocean Salt Face and Body Scrub, and new self-preserving moisturiser which has just launched in the United Kingdom recently. Ultrabland Cleansing Balm is her all-time favourite product.

 
AiIsha Baksha, Retail Support (Mena)
 
AiIsha has been working for Lush over 18 years, she started her job as sales associate and made way to be a retail support. AiIsha supports different area of the Mena Business, inspires her team, co-workers and customers through Lush values and ingenuity. AiIsha's favourite product is Buffy Body Scrub which brought her into Lush 18 years ago. Her favourite fresh Face Mask is Catastrophe Cosmetic Face Mask.
 
 
Circle Ip, Kitchen Supervisor (Hong Kong & Macau)
 
Circle Ip has worked in Lush Hong Kong Kitchen for 7 years. She produces the fresh products for the Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore markets. Circle enjoys the process of making fresh products every day as if she is cooking, instilling a passion for every handmade product. She is also responsible for managing fresh product orders to Hong Kong and Macau stores, ensuring the customers can enjoy the freshest face masks and cleansers every week. Among all Lush masks, Beauty Sleep Face and Body Mask is Circle’s favourite product.

 

Rowena Bird, Co-Founder and Director
 
Meet Rowena Bird, one of Lush’s Co-founders and a lady of many passions. And it’s no wonder that Rowena feels like that, as she’s been with Lush since day one, and in fact even before that! In these early days, pre Lush as we know it, Rowena supported the business in any way she could – mixing henna, typing invoices, washing hair in Mark’s trichology clinic were all on the to-do list. This attitude to work has meant Rowena has embraced many opportunities including the inventions of Ro's Argan body conditioner, the launch of a makeup range, opening key shops, visiting nearly all of our Partner markets, and creating business direction with her fellow board members.  Gorgeous Moisturiser is her favourite skincare buddy.
 
 
Annabelle Baker, Director (Greater China Region and USA)
 
Annabelle Baker has worked at Lush since she was a 16- year-old as a part-time sales assistant at the Kings Road shop in London. She’s passionate about Lush having a diverse board and global leadership teams that are representative of the global business Lush is. Her 21 years of Lush experience means that she truly knows the company inside and out, she worked in many different facets of the business. She has been leading Greater China business over 9 years which has achieved many milestones!. Returning to the UK earlier in 2020, Annabelle is taking on a directorship of the Lush business in the USA. In skincare collection,
Enzymion Moisturiser is Annabelle's favourite product.
 
 
Karina Dimech, Product Specialist (Hong Kong & Macau)
 
Karina Dimech has worked for Lush as a part-time sales assistant in UK in 2015 and worked through several roles in retail, including leadership until she found a great use for her skill set as a Product Specialist for Hong Kong and Macau. Mixing her passion for Lush products and ethics with a love of spreadsheets, she makes sure the products arrive at stores, ready as fresh as can be. She also looks after the supply chain for the fresh kitchen Hong Kong, makes sure they have everything they need to make products for Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. One of her favourite products is Sweet Wild Orange Hand Balm, she loves using it as a daily hand moisturiser for hand protection.

Lush believes in buying ingredients only from companies that do not commission tests on animals and in testing our products on humans.
