The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Central is taking the festive season to new heights in December with a range of culinary delights to add a luxurious dimension to Christmas celebrations this year.
Festive Afternoon Tea Set – December 1, 2018 to January 2, 2019
The St. Regis Bar is offering a “Festive Afternoon Tea Set”, featuring classic Christmas sweet and savory specialties, including Christmas quiche with smoked bacon, baby spinach, feta cheese and Italy artisan honey, Rhug Estate organic bronze turkey with 22-month aged Parma ham, as well as chocolate truffle cake with spiced stollen sponge. The Festive Afternoon Tea Set comes with unlimited Tea WG teas or Kimbo coffees and is available every day from 1 December, 2018 to 2 January, 2019 at 2:00PM – 5:30PM.
Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch – December 1, 2018 to January 2, 2019
Those with an appetite for quality food from around the world will love the “Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch” at The Manor. Guests can choose from a selection of starters, soups, artisan charcuterie, desserts and warm dishes for MOP188+, or add on a main course for MOP248+. Options for main course include Portuguese bacalhau with orange mascarpone, chive and toast, duck leg confit with chestnut purée, as well as Welsh lamb meat balls. A main course of Rangers Valley ‘Black Market’ grilled beef is also available for MOP358+.
Captivated by Nature: The Black Truffle Season – December 1 to 31, 2018
Truffle season is in full swing, and to celebrate their rich earthy flavours during the festive season, the team at The Manor have designed the “Captivated by Nature” to showcase this rare treat. Sourced from the central mountainous Umbria region of Italy, special dishes include the luxurious Hokkaido scallop, Rémi Ramon yellow Spring chicken “in half-mourning”, and a unique black truffle chocolate mille-feuille. Optional paired beverage packages feature the finest French champagnes and a range of wines from some of the best wine growing regions of the world, and are designed specifically to bring out the decadent flavors of the truffles in the dishes.

Our culinary artisans have prepared two “Take Home Our Delicacies” sets for sharing the festive delight with family and friends at home, including the succulent 14 lbs and 16 lbs Roasted French Turkey Takeaway Sets, and the tender boneless 3kg and 9kg Baked Honey Gammon Ham Takeaway Sets. “Take Home Our Delicacies” sets are available at The Manor and include a selection of condiments and sauces.
