The Venetian Macao
Portofino: The Venetian Macao’s authentic Italian restaurant is the perfect setting for a divine date. While love may be the main item on the menu, you and your loved one can enjoy a set dinner with starters of Tsarkaya oysters with Kaluga caviar, marinated beetroot, burrata cheese with black truffle and 25-year balsamic vinegar, calamarata pasta, veal tartare and Japanese sea urchin. Follow this with a main course of Atlantic poached turbot and Alaskan king crab, and pistachio and strawberry delice to end things on a sweet note.

The Parisian Macao
Brasserie: This Valentine’s Day the authentic French bistro offers an exceptional dinner menu featuring a sublime seafood platter for two, appetiser of duck foie gras and Boston lobster terrine, wild mushroom feuillete, cantaloupe melon carpaccio, duck consommé, pumpkin soup with chestnut chantilly profiterole, mains of dover sole with scallops and roasted beef tournedos on young wild boar stew ravioli or beetroot risotto, with crème citronelle to finish.

Brasserie is also offering an irresistible Valentine’s Day afternoon tea set with savoury bites including duck confit and pork feuilleté, foie gras, panna cotta and seared salmon, while on the sweet side delight in a selection of enchanting mouelleux, macarons, éclairs, tartlets, truffles and pies.

La Chine: With its spectacular location on the 6th floor of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower, La Chine is the perfect backdrop to enjoy a Valentine’s Day set dinner menu. Start your romantic night with La Chine’s renowned Eiffel seafood platter for two, including crab, sea urchin, oysters, prawn sashimi and caviar, before enjoying double-boiled lobster and scallop broth, main courses of A5 Wagyu with foie gras, smoke-baked cod and seasonal vegetables with French black truffles. A special dessert of Champagne mousse and elderflower cherry compote rounds off this decadent delight.
