As the Macau outpost of the MICHELIN Starred, family-owned Don Alfonso 1890 in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, Don Alfonso 1890 is the embodiment of four generations of family philosophy rooted in sustainability, seasonality, and deep respect for the land. Since the early 1990s, the Iaccarino family has been a pioneer of the “farm-to-table” movement, cultivating rare produce at their organic estate, Le Peracciole, using time-honoured, sustainable practices. In 2007, the family brought this ingredient-drivenculinary ethos to Asia, opening its very first restaurant at Grand Lisboa.
Today, the family’s culinary legacy continues through two distinctive expressions in Macau: the casually elegant Casa Don Alfonso and the fine-dining Don Alfonso 1890, a Five-Star restaurant honoured by the Forbes Travel Guide. In honour of this limited-time residency with Chef Alfonso, the two restaurants will present a curated selection of his signature a la carte dishes:
