The interior design details show the traditional Chinese aesthetic, allows gourmets to immerse in a refined environment while enjoying the exquisite food.
 
 

Macau Palace’s overall design concept draws reference from the 1960s Macau landmark “Casino Macau Palace”, which is a collective mutual memory of Macau locals. By the moment stepping into Macau Palace, guests will be indulging in the nostalgic atmosphere, the restaurant uses a combination of burgundy and silver as the main tone of the interior design, delivering a sense of sophistication, at the entrance, guests will be welcome by a Chinese carp painting that symbolizes luck and happiness, elements such as traditional abacus and pavilions are utilised as design inspiration for the ceiling, presenting the traditional and opulent ambience.

 

Royal Palace is helmed by Chef Lei Sek Kin, who has nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, keeping customers as priority, maintaining the traditional taste yet exploring new ideas to improve upon has always been Chef’s persistence. Chef aims to use specific skills from modern style of cooking while exploring new combination of ingredients, to accentuate the beauty of Cantonese cuisine through mixture of tradition and innovation. One of the restaurant’s signature hot pot is the “Palace Beauty Broth” uses fish maw and chicken soup as base of the hot pot, turning the ordinary soup into a soup base for hotpot. Chef Li believes the essence of Cantonese cuisine is the original taste of ingredients, Royal Palace is committed to select the best ingredients and freshest seafood as our basics, creating one after one tasty delicacies.

 

Royal Palace is only open for dinner during the soft opening period, introduces a series of nourishing and healthy Chinese Hot Pot, comes with a selection of premium homemade broth, live seafood and handmade meat balls, keeping you warm in the cold weather. To welcome the arrival of the New Year, Royal Palace has launch a promotion of “Royal Fortune ‘Lo Hei’”, guests can enjoy a complementary Abalone “Lo Hei” upon ordering of selected Hot Pot Sets for the first 15 days of Lunar New Year, wishing all guests a plentiful and fortunate year ahead.
