To celebrate the stellar achievements of Jade Dragon and Yí in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2022, the two celebrated Chinese restaurants at City of Dreams will be launching respectively a premium set menu exclusively for Melco Style WeChat members from May 1-31.
One of the most sought-after Cantonese fine dining restaurants in Macau, Jade Dragon has tailor-made an eight-course set menu that is highlighted by a number of off-menu delicacies, such as Fish Maw and Julienne Vegetables Fish Broth with Yellow Chili, Stir-fried Baby Lobster with Sea Urchin and Glutinous Rice Wine Sauce, Slow-cooked Australian Abalone and Fish Maw Filled with Assorted Mushrooms, Mangosteen Sorbet, Deep-fried Goose Roll Filled in Shrimp and Pork Paste with Black Truffle, and Stir-fried Nest Fern with New Zealand Mussels and Dried Shrimp. Priced at MOP 2,280* per person, this special menu offers Melco Style members a glimpse of some of the newly created dishes at Jade Dragon this summer.
Meanwhile, contemporary Chinese restaurant Yí, situated on the spectacular sky bridge on the 21st floor of Morpheus, has created a degustation menu that features never-before-seen dishes such as Yi’s Signature Soup | Palace-braised | Fish Maw, Abalone | Braised | Giant Grouper Skin, Rice | Golden Roe | Langoustine, as well as Bird’s Nest | Almond Jus | Dumpling. Priced at MOP 2,022* per person including special tea service, the menu will not be complete without Yí’s most signature Oven Roasted Lemongrass Pigeon. A special 10% discount will be offered for bookings of four persons or above.
For the third consecutive year, Jade Dragon received the top accolade Three Diamonds and was hailed as a ‘Once-in-a-lifetime Dining Experience’, while Yí achieved One Diamond which represents ‘Best for Gathering’ in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide.
