“SJM” will present the “Chefs’ Table: A Symphony of Senses – Don Alfonso 1890 | HOMMAGE | CHAOYUE” from 23 to 25 May 2025 at Don Alfonso 1890, its acclaimed fine-dining Italian restaurant at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. Three celebrated chefs from Don Alfonso 1890, Tokyo’s two-MICHELIN-starred French restaurant HOMMAGE, and Guangzhou’s contemporary Teochew restaurant CHAOYUE, will showcase Italian, French and Chinese culinary excellence to gourmets.
Don Alfonso 1890 brings the culinary excellence of its MICHELIN-Starred, family-owned counterpart in Italy to Macau. Helmed by Head Chef Federico Pucci, the restaurant expertly blends traditional Italian techniques with innovative creativity. CHAOYUE, spearheaded by Chef Chen Xiaodong, co-founder and executive chef of the “YUE” restaurant group, reinterprets traditional Teochew cuisine through a contemporary lens.
