To usher in a prosperous Year of the Tiger, The Conservatory is offering an ‘Auspicious New Year Set Dinner’ from January 24 to February 6 featuring traditional favorites such as “Lo Hei”, a unique dish with salmon sashimi, shredded vegetables, a variety of sauces and condiments that symbolizes abundance and prosperity. Other authentic dishes include crispy suckling pig, braised pork trotters with dried oyster and abalone to usher in a year of good fortune, luck and prosperity. The THREE BOTTLES Seafood Platter will also be available for seafood lovers who wants to enjoy the best of both worlds with a mixed selection of king prawns, Hokkaido scallops, Boston lobster, and Daniel Sorlut Oysters.
Spread the prosperous greetings to your loved ones by presenting them with our ‘Chinese New Year hamper’ from The Sweet Shop. Guests can create their own festive gift hampers with Chinese New Year favorites that are available for sale from January 24 to February 15.
February 11 to 14, The Conservatory will be serving a four-course dinner for Valentine’s Day. Impress your loved one with earl grey tea smoked Ōra King salmon, Australian Southern rock lobster with coral butter and more. Fall in love again over sweet temptations such as Valrhona chocolate soufflé and intoxicating Valentine’s Day cocktails. Prices start from MOP888++ per person for the set dinner.

In addition to the popular International and local fare, the Chinese New Year specialty dishes include ‘roasted crispy suckling pig’, a dish that symbolizes prosperity and the famous ‘Sichuan mala hotpot’, an evergreen favorite. The Chinese New Year buffet at Feast is priced at MOP528+ per person for dinner.
