Three-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Jade Dragon celebrates Winter Solstice, Christmas and New Year with a special set menu from December 20 to January 1. Priced at MOP 1,980* per person (minimum for two persons), the six-course menu begins with a trio of appetizers that puts together wok-fried crispy soft shell crab with salted egg yolk, chilled sliced abalone with wasabi mustard dressing, and crispy suckling pig with caviar, followed by braised fish maw with millet in rich chicken broth, slow-cooked garoupa fillet, roasted chicken roll filled with black truffle shrimp and pork paste, pan-fried glutinous rice with assorted Chinese dried meat, as well as double-boiled bird’s nest with peach gum and watercress.

Contemporary Chinese fine dining Yí offers a one-of-a-kind Chinese cuisine served in seasonal menu format. The degustation menu designed for this upcoming festive season will be available from December 21 to January 3, and is priced at MOP 3,088* per person including one signature beverage from the restaurant. This limited-time festive menu features 10 courses and will highlight stewed blue lobster with ginger and Chinese wine in clay pot, braised Africa abalone in Martell sauce, and also roasted apple and lotus paste puff with Wakayama Mikan ice cream.

L’ATTITUDE will be offering a Christmas set menu in the evenings of December 24-25 for guests to celebrate the holiday season over a sumptuous meal. Priced at MOP 1,288* per person, the six-course Christmas menu includes chilled abalone with seaweed and yuzu pearls, ‘Boucherie Polmard’ beef tartare with sea urchin and gold caviar, French pigeon ‘Wellington’ with black truffle sauce, and also mint and chocolate ‘Jingle Bell’. 
 
 
 
For New Year’s Eve, the restaurant celebrates with a seven-course special menu priced at MOP 1,588* per person and includes lightly-poached Gillardeau oyster with Kristal caviar, confit duck foie gras, half lobster from Brittany, A3 Japanese Wagyu beef striploin, as well as the Saint-Honoré dessert.
 
 
Wine pairing is available for the Christmas menu and New Year’s Eve menu respectively for an additional MOP 488* and MOP 588* per person.

From now until December 31, T for Tapas offers four takeaway festive roast sets: roasted turkey at MOP 1,188, honey baked gammon ham at MOP 1,188, roasted prime rib at MOP 2,188, as well as the Christmas party combo (turkey and ham) that also comes with a bottle of Champagne at MOP 2,738 and is good for 8-10 persons. Settle with MPay, Macau Pass or the Electronic Consumption subsidy card to enjoy a 25% discount.

From December 15-26, guests can pick up from Joyride Diner three different festive roast takeaway menus to celebrate the holiday season with families and friends at home. Pre-ordering is now available and reservation of at least 48 hours in advance is required.
 
 
 
The roasted turkey set is served with roasted pumpkin with chestnut and sage, stir-fried butter vegetables, creamy mashed potato and turkey bread stuffing (MOP 988 net); the honey and orange glazed ham set is served with stir-fried butter vegetables, creamy mashed potato, grilled pineapples with cinnamon and apple chutney (MOP 988 net), while the Christmas party combo combines the items from both turkey and glazed ham menus (MOP 1,888 net). These three takeaway menus all come with a choice of dessert of either a red velvet Christmas log cake or apple crumble tart.
 
 
 
In addition, the restaurant will launch a Christmas special set for their dine-in guests from December 6-31. Priced at MOP 170 net, each set comes with a roasted honey glazed turkey leg, stir-fried brussels sprouts with bacon, French fries, giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, and a choice of beverage.

On New Year’s Eve, another five-course set menu at MOP 988* per person will be on offer and put together smoked salmon with beetroot and egg mimosa, roasted celeriac velouté, pan seared seabass, U.S Wagyu beef striploin, and yuzu and orange chiffon mousse.

And on December 31, Tenmasa will ring in the new year with a special six-course menu (MOP 1,280* per person) that will showcase the Japanese traditional new year appetizer that consists of items such as seasonal vegetables with salmon roe and sweet rice vinegar, grilled cod fish with saikyo miso, slow-cooked fish seaweed roll, chestnut cake and Japanese sweet omelet; seabream, bluefin tuna, scallop, great amberjack and sea urchin sashimi; baked rice cake, prawn, chicken and vegetables in clear soup; maki prawn, Japanese oyster, herring roe on kelp tempura; hot buckwheat noodles with duck breast; as well as soy milk mousse with rice dumpling and strawberry sauce.
