From March 7 to 10, Chef Ernesto will present sustainably sourced dishes featuring the freshest of ingredients from the Don Alfonso family farm – “Le Peracciole” – in Sant’Agata, Italy.
Chef Ernesto is preparing 7-course lunch and dinner menus for guests to enjoy his home-grown Italian ingredients at Casa Don Alfonso. Throughout his time in Macau, diners will have an opportunity to taste Chef Ernesto’s Tomato jelly filled with mozzarella foam and fried basil, Home-made tagliolini pasta with shrimp and citrus fruits; Fresh chestnut lasagne with porcini mushrooms, game ragout, Pecorino cheese sauce and black truffle; Red snapper in a bread crust with Mediterranean herbs and asparagus and much more. This 7-course “Chef Ernesto Iaccarino” menu is priced at MOP1,600* per person.
