Lisboeta Macau hosted a launch party today to announce the collaboration of “Angela’s Café and Lounge” and renowned Portuguese Chef António Coelho to present a curate menu showcasing the essence of Macanese and Portuguese inspired culinary traditions, offering guests a delightful experience of classic Portuguese cuisine.

“Angela’s Café and Lounge” Collaborates with Renowned Portuguese Chef António, Savour the Classics of Portuguese Cuisine
Chef António has over 40 years of extensive experience in Portuguese cuisine. He has led his restaurant and team to be consistently featured in the “Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau” for 12 consecutive years. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the promotion of Portuguese cuisine, Chef António was awarded the “Tourist Merit Medal” by Macao SAR Government in 2013. During the launch party, esteemed guests enjoyed a variety of classic Portuguese cuisine. To highlight the essence of Portuguese cuisine, the Chef António and the team of “Angela’s Café and Lounge” sourced the finest seafood and freshest ingredients. With a combination of inventive flavor pairings and traditional culinary techniques, they will delight guests with unforgettable sensations. The curated menu features three exclusive dishes “Suckling Pig Croissant”, “Gratinated Goat Cheese” and “Wet Seafood Rice Chef Antonio Style”. The Suckling Pig Croissant is a limited-edition fusion dish that combines the renowned handmade croissant from “Angela’s Café and Lounge” with Chef António’s family recipe for traditional roast suckling pig, served with a variety of sauces and vegetables, offering a multi crispy flavor. The Gratinated Goat Cheese is featuring soft, warm roasted goat cheese paired with organic fig jam, acacia honey, balsamic vinegar and aromatic cumin bread, achieving a perfect balance of sweetness. The Wet Seafood Rice “Chef Antonio Style” is a meticulously crafted dish that combines some of finest fresh seafood, features whole lobster, succulent tiger prawns, octopus and clams, slowly simmered in a rich broth personally prepared by Chef António, capturing the essence of the ocean’s richness. On December 24 and 25, “Angela’s Café and Lounge” will offer a limited Portuguese Christmas Set Menu on each day to offer a warm and delightful Christmas vibes to guests. The Christmas Set Menu features a selection of Chef António’s signature dishes includes “Portuguese Octopus Salad”, “Traditional Portuguese Green Cabbage Soup with Sausage”, “Boiled Codfish with Boiled Potatoes, Chick Peas, Boiled Egg and Cabbage”, “Caramel Custard Pudding, Sugar Egg Puffs and Sweet slice Cinnamon Bread” and “a glass of Sangria” at MOP 388 on December 24. The menu on December 25 includes “Shredded Codfish Salad”, “Lobster Bisque”, “Stew Portuguese Young Goat Served with Potato or Plain Rice and Vegetables”, “Caramel Custard Pudding, Sugar Egg Puffs and Sweet slice Cinnamon Bread” and “a glass of Sangria” at MOP 418.
