(Re)Modeling Massage

An increasingly popular method for achieving good health and weight loss is to have a modeling massage.  The modeling massage can help patients to recover and/or improve their body shape and reduce measurements by targeting localized fat and liquid retention, through a manual lymphatic drainage massage, promoting the cleansing of toxin build-up and improving overall metabolic equilibrium.

It is performed with strong and deep, quick and firm movements in order to reach the deep layers of the skin and stimulate both the circulation and metabolism of the targeted area.

Besides the manual techniques, the hands of the technician may be equipped with a massage glove that contains several metallic spheres that rotate 360 degrees for a deeper penetration of the movements and therefore a more efficient treatment. 

Because it is aimed at the hardened fibers of the body, it stimulates the circulation, promotes smoother and even skin, and reduces the existing inflammation as well as relieving muscular tension. It is usually performed in areas where there are large accumulations of fat such as the buttocks, thighs or abdomen.

The treatment lasts around 60 minutes and should be done twice a week, with a 72-hour period of rest between subsequent sessions. The minimum number of sessions to achieve effective results varies from patient to patient, but we recommend a minimum of six sessions to start your body reshaping.
