Wellness has been a movement, profession and industry, but most of all, wellness continues to evolve as a dynamic process that has now inspired four generations.
A movement that touches upon every aspect of the way we live our daily lives: what do you eat? Is it organic? What chemicals do you come in contact with daily? Do you exercise? Are you familiar with the benefits of fermented foods? What supplements do you take? Do you meditate? These questions have moved out of the realm of the ‘health nuts’ and are now being seriously considered by most.
