Located on the 51st floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, Lai Heen, the highest Chinese restaurant in Macau, is led by the Chinese Executive Chef, Jackie Ho Hon-sing. With over 40 years of culinary experience, Chef Jackie is highly proficient in bringing contemporary touches to the classic Cantonese dishes. With the newly released accolade, Lai Heen will present an exquisite MICHELIN Degustation Menu. The six-course dinner menu, priced at MOP $1,888* per guest, will bring guests to the refined art of cuisine. Delicacies on this time-limited menu include Double-boiled Superior Fish Maw Soup with Pearl Oyster, Steamed Tiger Prawn with Egg White Topped with Superior Caviar, as well as Pan-seared French Quail Fillet with Pearl Onion in Port Wine Sauce. To uplift the gastronomic journey, guests can opt for premium tea pairing with additional MOP $488* per guest, or for a luxury wine pairing with additional MOP $688* per guest.
Recognized as a MICHELIN Selected restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Café will feature a French Dinner Degustation Menu, a four-course menu showcasing the best of classic brasserie dining. For a limited time only, guests will be able to enjoy dishes such as Seafood Royale with Caviar and Shitake Espuma, Veal Tongue A La Ravigote, and Chicken Fricassee. The menu is priced at MOP $588* per guest and is served with a complimentary glass of selected red or white wine.
