Royal Palace is launching new menu on 1st May, introducing traditional dim sum and authentic Cantonese specialties. Restaurant’s operation hours is extended to include lunch period, offering more choices from Cantonese specialties, dim sum to hotpot, meeting all tastes and needs. From visual to taste, Royal Palace will bring you on a time travel journey and presents to you an outstanding dining experience.
Royal Palace is located at second floor of Macau Palace, the overall design concept of the architecture draws reference from the 1960s Macau landmark “Casino Macau Palace”, combining with the wooden tone and decorated by the Chinese classic engraving details, presenting the beauty of classic Chinese aesthetics. Interior design of the restaurant is design in nostalgic style, uses a combination of burgundy and silver as the main tone to deliver a sense of sophistication. Specialises in Cantonese cuisine, Chef focuses on the use of seasonal ingredients complemented by culinary skills. All dim sum in new menu are handmade with recipe that replace traditional ingredients with new ingredients, keeping the classic taste yet with better alternative on ingredients selection. Royal Palace tries to reserve the tradition and at the same time exploring on innovative way to provide guests the best experience.

Uses oil-rich Sanhuang chicken, it is deep-fried together with flaxseeds as healthier choice instead of sesame seeds, the aroma of flaxseeds goes perfectly with the chicken, the skin is crispy and crunchy while the meat is tender and juicy, this dish is savoury and luscious that nurture your soul and stomach.
Stir-fried Boston Lobster with Crispy Garlic and Chilli
The Boston lobster is fried with black bean, garlic and ginger gives supremely savoury and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
Wonton and Chicken Soup in Claypot
As a classic Shanghai cuisine, the soup broth is cooked with chicken, Jinhua ham, pork and shack fin bones for 5 hours, presenting in milky-white colour and full of flavour, adding in wontons, vegetables and chicken to create a bowl of delightful and healthy soup.
Stewed Beef with Yunnan Wild Mushroom
Yunnan has the largest number of plant species in China, especially famous for their wild fungi and is known as “Kingdom of Fungi". This dish is cooked with the healthy seasonal ingredient from Yunnan – wild fungi, bring together with the juicy tender beef to make the dish flavourful and fresh at the same time.
