Churchill’s Table, the exuberant British-themed restaurant at The Londoner® Macao, launches a feast of fabulous festive dining this Christmas and New Year, offering guests a range of delicious celebratory set lunch and dinner menus, a lunch buffet and afternoon tea. Diners can enjoy a wonderful culinary experience with friends and family that will live long in memories and on palate.
Christmas Classic Tea Set
Available from Monday to Thursday, this gorgeous Christmas Classic Tea Set really celebrates the festive season! Savoury selections include spiced foie gras mousse on gingerbread with cranberry chutney, smoked salmon with tobiko, and baked mini tartlet with Wicks Manor bacon and Christmas pumpkin cream. On the sweet side are Christmas gingerbread scones served with homemade jams and Cornish clotted cream prepared tableside, and a variety of festive pastries. The tea set includes eggnog with rum and cinnamon or Christmas spiced mulled red wine. From Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, the Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea Set is also available.
Christmas Set Dinner
Available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, this spectacular four-course dinner will delight revellers. Appetisers start with foie gras and smoked eel terrine or Santa’s seafood platter which includes lobster, fine de claire oysters and Alaskan crab leg. Soup includes pumpkin with Hokkaido scallops, and cream of mushroom with a rich truffle emulsion. For main courses, diners can choose between slow-roasted Atlantic cod or US prime beef tenderloin with pan-fried duck liver; and then finish on a sublime sweet note with classic Christmas black forest log.
Christmas Day Lunch Buffet
This international Christmas Day Lunch buffet has something for everyone. Highlights include a festive carving station with roast prime beef, turkey and honey ham. Diners can also enjoy baked half-Boston lobster, double-boiled sea conch soup, and pan-seared duck liver with Grand Marnier-flambeed cranberries. There are live stations for freshly-shucked Irish oysters, noodles, and pasta. A huge choice of additional hot dishes includes roasted salmon and grilled octopus, while Churchill’s signature Christmas dessert station features a wide range of festive favourites.
Boxing Day Set Lunch
The Christmas cheer continues with this lavish three-course Boxing Day set lunch menu. Appetisers options include smoked Scottish salmon with oscietra caviar, prawn bisque or Queen Elizabeth festive seafood platter. Main courses offer turkey pie with pan-seared foie gras, roast beef with brussels sprouts and Yorkshire pudding or seared scallop and pumpkin risotto. Dining is indulgently rounded off with special Christmas Mont Blanc and gingerbread crumble dessert.
New Year’s Eve Set Dinner
Usher in 2022 with this delicious five-course New Year’s Eve set dinner menu. Appetisers offer freshly-shucked Gillardeau oysters smoked tableside. English wild duck consommé is followed by main courses of poached lobster on shellfish risotto or slow-roasted US prime beef tenderloin. Dessert is a festive ‘Fire Cracker’ with Champagne jelly and almond crumble.
New Year’s Day Set Lunch
Ring in 2022 with this festive three-course New Year set lunch menu. Appetisers start with scallop carpaccio, prawn bisque or baked Irish oysters with Champagne sabayon. Main course includes pan-fried seabass filet, roasted beef or baked whole lobster. Dessert is a refreshing celebratory treat with Champagne jelly and mandarin sorbet.
