Autumn has arrived so that means it is the season of hairy crabs. And this season, Sofitel Macau is presenting a range of autumn delicacies with a magnificent crab feast for all crab fans at two of its fine dining restaurants, Mistral and Le Chinois. 
 
At Mistral Restaurant, the Autumn Crab Dinner Buffet is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Every guest can enjoy steamed fresh crabs from the live station, which are ready to cook.  Savour the rich, flesh succulent and golden creamy roe and juicy crab meat. Bread Crabs and Alaskan Crab Legs are also included in the seafood section. 
 
And for the hot dishes, international elements are mixed into dishes such as Singapore Chili Crab, Black Pepper Crab and Oven Baked Crab in Japanese style and more.
 
 
Le Chinois Cantonese Restaurant is also preparing many special Cantonese hairy crab cuisines. The chefs have selected premium hairy crabs and designed the Autumn Crab Fiesta Set Menu, including signature dishes such as Steamed Whole Hairy Crab with Shiso Leaf, Crab Meat Broth with Conpoy and Hasma and more.
