Stephen arrived in Macau over eight years ago to take over the infamous Monkey Bar and developed it into a must-go clubbing venue in the city. But with changing times and the sad demise of the Greek Mythology casino, he took the contacts he had made and formed a private entertainment company to arrange the venues , dinner experiences and go to places for Boy’s nights out. Today Stephen is the owner and manager of two successful F&B venues, the Cathedral Café behind the main post office and his newest venture, Bistro D’indochine.
